Me? I’m Chidi Onwuka, member belongs to the expanding group of cross-cultural gypsies: born in one place with parents from somewhere else. The often amusing tensions caused by this condition have informed his views on architecture, design, technology and photography.
An architect (OMA, Neutelings Riedijk, West 8) turned writer/editor, design consultant & photographer, and a keen observer of the world around us. My writings include contributions to the S,M,L,XL dictionary, Mosaics, Harvard Design Magazine, JA+U, Cosmpolitan, Vogue, Advertising Age and yes, the children’s book Just Like Anne.
Recent photography exhibitions include Hand Jobs & Other Stories (portraits of hands at work), Now We Are Gone (photographic meditations in condemned buildings), and Post Post CS (Looking out of the stripped Post CS Building).
